Tap system and turn on "Improve location"
Restart your phone outside the outlet or near a window and then try again
Turn on WiFi on your device (even if you are not connected to any WiFi network , this will help your device get a location)
Contact Figjam Support/Team Leader (Project manager ) to verify that the outlet has the correct co-ordinates.
