This article covers challenges with associated with checking in/ submitting jobs due to poor location accuracy

When trying to Check in or submit job, below are some of the messages you may get .

Searching

  1. Make sure GPS (Location) is turned on

  2. Turn off power saving mode

  3. Restart your phone and then try again

  4. Turn on WiFi on your device (even if you are not connected to any WiFi network , this will help your device get a location)

    XXXX metres from outlet/store

  1. Turn off power saving mode

  2. Tap system and turn on "Improve location"

  3. Restart your phone outside the outlet or near a window and then try again

  4. Turn on WiFi on your device (even if you are not connected to any WiFi network , this will help your device get a location)

  5. Contact Figjam Support/Team Leader (Project manager ) to verify that the outlet has the correct co-ordinates.
