Steps
After you log in to the web portal ,
Click Device users
2. click on "Add New Device User (edit)" in "Device Users
3. Type the Username in the "name" and assign a code (normally the users initials)
4. Enter the Imei for the device. (For android version 10 and above devices, enter the device user ID) and Enter the users phone number with no spaces.
5. Assign relevant product categories, store categories, stores and custom forms then click submit
