The most common cause for such an issue is the device's data/Wi-Fi connection.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Ensure your device is loaded with data and/or is connected to Wi-Fi.
Check your data connection allows you to browse i.e. can you perform a google search? If not this may be an issue with your APN settings.
Once you have confirmed there is a working data connection, perform a Sync on the FIGJAM App
(Main Menu -> Sync Now)Toast messages will appear at the bottom of your screen informing of any updates.
Stuck/Pending jobs should have uploaded now.
