The Orders page is your first look into the vast capabilities of the Figure platform. On the left of the top block a default to current Orders populates the page with data (a blue button with white text), but also provides quick access to Wish Requests/Saved Orders (available where it applies—some sites don’t support all features), or the ability to start a new order on the right side of that top block.

The left block of the Orders page lists the most recent 100 orders starting with the newest on top. It tallies the financial rundown of those 100 orders as well. This list of orders will show basic information—the order number, current payment status and shipping status, customer name and email address, date and time of order, total bottle quantity, shipping details and order total. These listings allow you the option to click on the order number to see more in depth order details or click on the customer name to view their account details.

-If a customer entered order instruction notes or gift notes, icons will appear below the order number.

-If your account has the Figure allocation sales module, with wish requesting, there is also a wish request icon when customers complete that option when ordering.

The right block of the Orders page provides a second place to start a new order, bulk upload tracking numbers, and take advantage of a versatile order filtering feature. The filtering results can then be exported to an Excel spreadsheet for additional tracking, sorting, and filtering.
