A key aspect of the Customers page is the top section listing Purchasers, Subscribers, and Groups. The default lands on Subscribers which shows the 500 most recent people that have signed up for your mailing list, activated an account, or made a purchase.

To the left of those three options are drop down menu buttons to Export customer details, Import data points, and go through the process to create a New Customer.

The list of 500 subscribers will provide basic client details—their unique Client ID, name, contact info, state of residence, the date their account was created, their source (of which you determine those options in the Settings>Configure area of your account), and overall order details.

The Purchasers button lists the same information, but sorts your customer list by most dollars spent, so you can see who your top spending clients are quickly.

The Groups button has over-arching parameters for how you segment your clients for email releases and allocation tiers, all of which you create...but more on that later when we get to the detailed articles on the Group features.
