If you provide tasting appointments for customers the Reservations system in Figure will help you keep that schedule organized. Your team can hold times with a “Pending” status then block times with a “Confirmed” status. Another benefit, if the appointment is for an existing customer, the reservation will show details—contact information and buying history.

All the reservations are initiated from the main details page of a customer account and that process requires that you gain some initial contact information, and credit card details if you require to book a tasting. Gathering those details and activating an account in advance will make the process more seamless once the visit begins...especially if the client then wants to buy some wines to go.

The Reservation system integrates with Apple, Outlook, and Google calendars so that you can have all tasting appointments visible to your entire team.
