The Club feature is a structured resource for batch processing your wine clubs. The main page provides a dashboard view of all the clubs you have created, how many members are in each club, and the visibility status on your website.

Visibility status refers to clubs being public or private. For instance, you may have a Friends and Family wine club that provides a discount, but you do not want to promote that on your website, so you can ‘hide’ a club so that only admin users have access.

We will take you through the entire process of creating a club, adding members, complete the entire batch process, and modifying members (because credit card information and shipping addresses change often).

It is possible to provide your customers with a modified custom wine club, yet in our Best Practices section of articles (Custom wine clubs options) we provide insight on how to approach those custom requests.
