This is another vast page with a large amount of guidance for us to review.

A first piece of insight, when downloading reports to .csv files that have a large number of line items (rows in the spreadsheet), remember that when you get to around 5000 lines, the download will take a long time to complete. When you reach 10,000 rows you can start to run into timeout issues. Beyond that, you are stretching the stable functions of Excel as a program.

When selecting an option from the Reports page you will be allowed to choose a date range, which, if you have a large number of data points to pull, will allow you to go for daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly results.

As an overview of the Reports page you have four sections.

“Standard Reports” provides basic insight for overall sales, products, and client activity.

“Accounting Reports” have more granular points to aid in extracting sales details and sales tax reporting.

“Stripe Online Payments” shows banking details with credit card processing fees.

“Data Exports” takes you to the “Your Data Is Your Data” page. You can also access this screen from the bottom of any page in your Figure account.
