A Bug is a flaw, failure, or fault in the platform that causes it to produce an error or unexpected result, or to behave in unintended ways. If you find one, please provide as much detail as possible and we will jump on the process of getting it fixed, without cost to your company.

A Feature Request (often mistaken as a Bug) comes about when a user of the Figure platform would like unique, new, or additional functions to process data in a manner outside of the existing workflows of the Figure software parameters. If your business develops a custom option or operational task for customers/employees and then needs a software solution to complete that task, this would be considered a Feature Request, which is billable at the rates under the section called Optional Services in your proposal agreement, but the most updated version can be found in the article titled, Optional Services.

Please also be aware that some custom function requests are outside of the platform’s capabilities, no matter the time frame or financial willingness your business is prepared to invest. Therefore, when a new concept for your operation is in the early idea stages, please also consider if the current Figure platform will support that idea and how you plan to manage the data needs after the new idea is in place.

Consult our team if you are unsure or would like more insight.
