Updating Your Bank Account

If you have a new bank account and need to change the current settings in your Figure app we can help.

Need to change your bank account details? No problem!

We understand sometimes changes need to be made. If you need to change your banking set up in Figure, to accept payments into a new bank account, please make sure you’re the business owner or have the authority to make this change, and request either through Intercom or via email support@commercebyfigure.com

Include the name of your company, and we will notify you when the account information has been cleared so that you can securely enter your new banking details. That process will be completed same as before, which you can read more about in the article titled, Payments

Once you start the bank setup process in your Figure app, two small verification deposits will be added to the bank account by Stripe, within 2-3 business days. Once you have verified those deposit amounts by entering them back into your Figure app, a secure connection will be created and normal fund transfer will begin again.
