Should you find that you need to change the shipping address in an order, your process would be to click into that order, and in the addresses section you will see a button that says “Edit Delivery”.

In that window there are two options for updating the shipping address. If the customer is requesting shipment to an address that has already been saved to their account there is a drop down menu which will provide you with those choices to select.
Or you can manually create a new shipping address further below.

This window will also provide you the option to update the Shipping Method if need be, from Ground to Overnight or anything else in between.

To finish up, click the Update Shipping Info button.
That will update the delivery address in the order details.

**Helpful Hint**As a best practices model, if the client will be using this new shipping address going forward, we advise you to update their main account with this new shipping address and make it their default. That way, on the next order placed, the client account will be updated and will populate with their desired shipping address.

If you need to add some shipping charges for the change in address then scroll down to the bottom of the order details page, click the “Apply New Payment to this Order” button, and add the shipping cost you want to charge into the shipping designated cell.

However, if the shipping costs have decreased due to this new address the client will most likely appreciate a refund for the difference in shipping costs. That can be done by clicking the “Define and Issue a Refund” button.
