On the main orders page next to the “Choose an Action” drop down menu you will see a button titled “Bulk Edit Selected Orders”.

If you select the check box next to one or several orders on the main Orders page, then click the “Bulk Edit Selected Orders” button, a window will pop up with options to adjust the requested ship date and actual ship date.

Actual ship date will also be available to enter when uploading tracking numbers. You can see more about that in these articles:

If you need to Filter orders first, say by state:
On the main orders page you would start by using the Quick Filter in the right hand margin.
>Select the time frame you want to search, which can be a specific date or a range of dates.
>Then select the Shipping State for the orders you need to update, say California.
>Then click the Filter button to engage those two filters.
That will produce a list of orders.
>You would then click the top check box on the left near the top most order in the list, to select all the orders on the page.
>Then just above that area, next to the “Choose an Action” drop down menu you will see a button that says “Bulk Edit Selected Orders”.
Click that and a window will appear. The top cell is the Requested Ship Date option.
Enter your date and then click the blue button, “Bulk Update Orders”
This same process can be followed for when you need to update the Actual Ship Date for a specific block of orders.
