Customers, clients, buyers, members, peeps. This is your guide to the setup on the main Customers page.

The first section shows three tabs on the left side titled “Purchasers”, “Customers”, and “Groups”. On the right side there are two drop down buttons for “Export” and “Import”, plus a “New Customer” button.

Purchasers - This tab will instantly sort your customers highest to lowest in terms of dollars spent, showing the top 500 customers.

Subscribers - This tab will show the 500 most recent customers that created an account and/or signed up for the mailing list.

Groups - This tab will take you to the Groups page, which you can learn more about by reading the article titled, Groups - the full rundown.

Export drop down button - The choices found in this button will help you extract customer information including an option for exporting all customer data with a [preauth_login_key]. Preauth login keys are secure tokenized links that can be integrated into your email campaigns that allow clients to login without having to remember their password. If you have a Campaign Monitor account the preauth links can be synced. Then, depending on your Figure setup (Open cart sales module or Allocation sales module), you copy/paste the corresponding link found in your Settings>Marketing page into the button you create in the email campaign.

The export drop down button is also where you find the “Sync All Customers with Campaign Monitor” option, which you should do regularly and definitely before sending any email campaign.

Import drop down button - The choices here allow you to import Customers, Groups, Allocations, and Tags. However, each of these processes require an Excel template, with properly named column headers. Contact us before you attempt an import so we can provide you with the proper templates.
