No one should be working in your Figure account unless they are signed in under their own login credentials.

Individual User Accounts
Our advice, do not get into a setup where there is one admin user account overall, in which several people have the same login and password credentials. Figure does not charge extra fees for having several user accounts...therefore, each employee should have their own login and password. This is for security, ease of use, and accountability.

There have been enough occasions in the past where a winery started off with one user account for all employees, and in time, for one reason or another (good or bad), switched to individual employee account logins later on. Don’t find out the bad reasons. If you need assistance setting up user accounts let us know. Happy to help.

Company Domain Email Addresses
You should also refrain from personal email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, etc) being used as a Figure user account login. Your Data is Your Data so you should keep all company access points based on company registered email domains.
