**Very Important**—It is wise to touch base with the Figure team when looking to make bulk adjustments to your Groups, especially the first time, so that we can walk through the process together.

Also important, whenever you are bulk shifting customers into or among Figure Groups it is always good to start with this step...
>Export your full customer list to Excel and save it, so you have a backup record of where every customer account was at before you start your shifting.

You have two options here:

>If you want to move all members from your multiple clubs into a group start on the main Clubs page in Figure. In the right margin you will see a link to “Export All Club Members”.

>If you want to move only members in one of your clubs to a specific group, click the actual club on the main Clubs page so you can see a list of the customers in that club. In the right margin of that page you will see a link to “Export this customer list”.

In both downloads, the spreadsheet will have Column A titled as “customer_id”. That is the column you will need to start building your import spreadsheet that will help us get your club members into a group.

Open a new Excel spreadsheet and title the header of Column A as “id”...all lower case letters, that is important.

Title the header of Column B as “group_id”...also all lower case letters.

Copy and paste all the customer ids from Column A of your Club download into Column A of your new spreadsheet.

Then go to your main Group page in Figure and in the left most column you will see “ID” and below in black rectangular tiles you will see the group id number. The id number of the group you want to add your club members to goes into Column B in your new spreadsheet. Your finished spreadsheet will look similar to this:

Save this new spreadsheet as a MS DOS Comma Separated .csv file as that is the format Figure uses to upload files.

Finally...do a test upload with one or two people in the spreadsheet before doing the main large bulk shift, just to see if your spreadsheet is setup correctly.

>>To upload this new spreadsheet, you go to the Customers page in your Figure account and in the upper right corner of the screen is the “Import” drop down button.

**Very Important**—You have two options here before following the process to choose your file and upload:

**When you select Groups in the Import drop down menu, it MOVES clients from one group to another.
**When you select Customers in the Import drop down menu, it ADDS clients into the new group and KEEPS them in their existing group.
