1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Users
3. Click on Invite new user
4. Add the First Name, Last name, and Email associated with the user account
Make sure that the email is correct as this is where they will receive an email invite to create a password.
5. Click on Add User
6. Once the password is created, on this same page they can click on Your Profile
7. Enable Two-factor Authentication (2FA), by selecting 'On' next to Enable
Turning this on requires a mobile phone, where a text will be sent as part of the commerce platform login process. Please be aware that if your team members are in an area with spotty mobile phone reception, that could prohibit their ability to receive text messages, halting their daily login.
