For wineries that do in-house fulfillment, Offset provides shipping integrations for FedEx, UPS, and GLS. Note that while these options are visible to all platform clients, some account setup is required before you can leverage them.

Exporting to a carrier

From the main Orders page, you can do some filtering to get all the orders you want to ship on one page. Not required but some brands will so all their shipping by state, so the filtering helps.

Check a box next to one order or the top left box to select all orders on the page.

In the "Choose an Action" drop down are these three steps under the "Carrier Exports" section

Step 1) pushes the selected order(s) from Offset to your FedEx, UPS, or GLS account and creates the shipments.

Step 2) creates the shipping labels for the selected orders, in a PDF format window, which can then be printed to your self adhesive label printer. Zebra and HP make these printers.

Step 3) is optional, if you want to print packing slips on regular sized paper to put in side the boxes.

To set this up, you'll need to reach out to Offset support so we can help you with the process of connecting your Offset Account to the specified carriers. The integration can take some time and effort, and involves carrier setup and test label approval.
