When you make a purchase with your Fijoya card, you should see a record of the transaction under the Expenses tab.
If your purchase is not shown, the reason may be one of the following:
The purchase was actually made with a different card - not with your Fijoya card.
The checkout process was not fully completed.
The vendor declined the transaction.
The vendor accepted the transaction but is experiencing processing delays.
If you are sure you completed a purchase with your Fijoya card, but you donโt see it in your Expenses tab, reach out to chat with our support team or contact us at support@fijoya.io so we can look into it for you.
