We know that great recruitment and jobs starts and ends with the candidate. That’s why the Candidate card is built to bring everything you need to review, select, and sign talent in one place. Who they are, where they are in the process, what’s been decided, and what needs to happen next. It’s designed to help your team move faster, stay aligned, and give every candidate a consistent experience.

A picture of the candidate card showing all details and sections that are available connected to a presented candidate. Information that is visible: Name, rating, if the candidate is in any other process, which supplier that has presented, what stage the candidate is in, location, work preference, languages, classification, hourly price, assignment cost and start date. The picture also shows the action bar where the user can act on the candidate, move it further in the process or schedule an interview. The picture also shows notes from recruiter and the candidate CV. To the right in the card on the picture the activity log is visible. Here you can leave comments to your colleagues.

Candidate overview

At the top of the card you’ll see the candidate’s key information at a glance, such as:

Name
Supplier that submitted the candidate
Contact details like email and phone
Other active processes - if the candidate is in any other ongoing processes currently.

Pipeline stage (process bar)

The stage bar shows where the candidate currently sits in your process. The highlighted step is the candidate’s current stage.

Use this to quickly confirm progress, spot blockers, and keep your pipeline consistent across the team.

Next step panel

In the Next step area, we help you know what should happen next

Depending on your organisations process, different options and relevant steps will be visible.

You’ll typically see:

A short explanation of the recommended next step.

If something required hasn’t been done yet, a message such as this will be shown:

  • “This candidate has not been tested yet.”

  • Requested meetings; Waiting for candidate to schedule

These prompts help you catch gaps early and keep decision-making fair and consistent.

This picture also shows a scenario where a interview has been requested, but awaiting the candidate to schedule a time. To the right, there's a button saying "Request meeting" which is the nest step that can be made. To the right of the button the alternative option is available.

Activity and Collaboration

On the right, you find Activity, that keeps comments in one place.

Examples of how to use comments:

  • Share feedback and assessments

  • Document decisions (“why we moved forward / paused / rejected”)

  • Align with hiring managers and teammates without switching tools

Frequently asked questions

Who can see what on the Candidate Card?
Visibility depends on your organisation’s setup and permissions. Typically, people involved in the recruitment process and a part of the hiring team can view and comment on a candidate.

Why do I see “Not tested” / “Fix now”?
It means a required or recommended step hasn’t been completed yet. Use the provided action to address it and keep the process moving.

Where should I add feedback, notes or comments?
Use Comments when feedback is relevant to the team and should be part of the shared decision trail. You find the comment section to the right of the Candidate Card

* Classification defines the type of engagement for the assignment, whether the person is hired via an agency (agency employee) or works as a self-employed provider (independent contractor). This is important for LAS tracking, since different rules and follow-up may apply depending on the type of engagement.
