To create a smooth and consistent request process for your organisation, you can set up your preferred suppliers in Fill. This ensures that every request is automatically shared with the suppliers you trust, keeps your outreach controlled, and reduces the risk of sending opportunities to the wrong vendors. In the steps below, you’ll learn how to add suppliers from the marketplace and how to invite new suppliers who are not yet on the platform.

How to add a supplier to your Network

  1. Click on Suppliers in the menu to the left of the screen.

  2. Navigate to the Marketplace tab. Here you should see a list of suppliers that is included in Fill Technology’s network. Search for the Supplier you want to add to your network. (If you are unable to find your supplier, see Invite supplier)

  3. Open the Supplier card by clicking on it.

  4. Click on Add to Company Network and the supplier will be added to the list of your company network.

What this does is that once you create a request for a new consultant, all users in your organisation will see a dedicated list of suppliers that you want to work with.

Invite new supplier

If you are unable to find a supplier you want to add to your network you can invite that supplier to join the platform.

  1. Click on Suppliers in the menu to the left of the screen.

  2. Navigate to the Invite Supplier tab.

  3. Fill in:

    Company name of the supplier

Name of the contact person at the supplier company
Email address of the contact person at the supplier company

  4. Click on Submit and an email with a link will be sent to the contact person to activate their account.

Why do this?

By setting up a controlled and consistent supplier network, you ensure that every request goes only to trusted partners who can deliver the quality your organisation expects. This reduces the risk of misplaced outreach and creates a smoother, more reliable collaboration experience for your entire team.
