Fill is designed to simplify and streamline the recruitment and HR workflow, making it easier for you to match talent with the right company.

What the supplier dashboard is

The dashboard is your main workspace in Fill. It’s designed to help you quickly understand what requires action and keep track of all buyer requests you’re involved in.

When you sign in, this is where you should start.

Unread messages

At the top of the page, you’ll see Unread messages. These are follow-up questions related to candidates you’ve submitted, sent from buyer organisations via Fill.

Responding promptly helps keep candidates moving forward and avoids delays in the process.

Current requests

The Current requests section lists all buyer requests you’ve been invited to.

For each request, you can see:

  • Whether you’ve responded or not

  • How many candidates you’ve submitted

  • Which requests still need action

This makes it easy to prioritise where to focus next.
