Inviting your team will allow you to delegate work, collaborate with your staff, and track the status of their work.

You can easily invite your staff by clicking the "Invite Team" tab on the left navigation bar and then clicking the green "Invite" button.

Next, you will need to add their email and choose what level of access you want them to have (their role) in Financial Cents. You can customize what users can see and do inside within the user permissions.

The person you invited will receive an email that will allow them to set up an account. Once set up they be associated with your account.

FAQ's

  • You can invite your entire team during your free trial. They will be able to utilize all the features

  • You will not be charged for inviting your team until your free trial is over and you decide to input your card info to subscribe.

  • You do not need to buy extra seats/users before inviting your team member. Our system automatically recognizes when you add a new user and it updates your subscription to reflect an extra user.
