In this article, we are going to show you how to track your prospects and leads in Financial Cents.
1) Manually add the prospect to FC as a client
Once you have added the client manually assign them to the client group "Prospect." This will allow you to easily track and filter for all your prospects in the Client and Workflow Dashboard.
*** If you don't already have a Prospect client group then you can easily create one by clicking "Manage Groups"
2) Create a project for the lead using the Sales Process template
Use the Sales Process template to create a project for the new lead. This will allow you to easily track the prospect through the different stages of the sales process.
3) Track all your prospects from the workflow dashboard
Easily track all your prospects through the sales process by filtering for "Prospects" in the client groups filter.
