Next generation - Default Intrastats

When you create an EU VAT Type customer or supplier on the customer Settings tab the supplier Settings tab and on creating a new country record you will see the 3 Intrastat related field for Delivery, Transport and Transaction.

Upon selecting the country and then the currency, on a customer, supplier or country record, the Terms of Delivery, Nature of transaction and Transport Modes will all default to:

  • Terms of Delivery - EXW (Ex Works)

  • Nature of Transaction - 1 (Change of Ownership)

  • Transport Mode - 1 (Sea)

The above options can be changed manually by clicking on the drop-down arrows and selecting the relevant record.
