You can withdraw all cryptocurrencies offered for purchase on Finary Crypto.
🔐 Withdrawal Requirements
Before initiating a crypto withdrawal from your Finary Crypto account, please note:
You can only withdraw crypto to a wallet or exchange account that belongs to you (as required by the EU Travel Rule).
You must have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
If you recently changed your email address or reset your 2FA settings, withdrawals will be disabled for 72 hours for security reasons. You’ll be notified by email. This security window cannot be bypassed.

This status means your withdrawal is being processed on the blockchain.
It will disappear once a sufficient number of confirmations have been received:
• For example, 6 confirmations are needed for Bitcoin
• 12 confirmations for Ethereum
In some cases, your transaction may be subject to manual review by our compliance team.
If that happens, processing time may be longer. You’ll be notified by email if required.

Once the withdrawal is validated, it will appear in your Activity tab.
You can:
Tap the network name (e.g. “Solana”) to view it on a blockchain explorer

Special cases to know
XRP
For XRP, please note that we ask to indicate a "Destination tag" even if it is not required on the wallet you are initiating the transfer to. In this case, for Ledger for example, you can enter a random number string, such as "1111".
Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
For BCH, we only support "Legacy" addresses and not those of type "CashAddr". You can use this converter to find your "Legacy" address.
Stellar (XLM)
For XLM, please note that we require a "Memo ID" even if it is not required on the receiving wallet. In this case, for Ledger for example, you can enter any number, such as "0".
💸 How are withdrawal fees calculated?
Transaction fees are deducted from your euro balance. They include:
Current network fees
A safety margin of 30% to ensure you never pay more than the estimated amount shown before confirmation
Our ~30% margin is very competitive compared to other platforms.
Our analysis of major market players shows that many apply a margin of around 100%.
f you find the withdrawal fees too high, it’s best to wait until the network is less congested. Withdrawal fees are automatically reduced during off-peak periods.
For more information:
For BTC, you can monitor real-time transaction fees on mempool.space
For ETH, you can view current gas prices here.
Please note: Our partner Bitstamp uses a smart contract to process withdrawals. This consumes more gas (around 100,000 units) compared to a native ETH transfer (around 21,000 units).
