Printing old paychecks is simple.

How to reprint checks from the PAYROLL tab

  1. Log in to Fingercheck as an Administrator.

  2. Click the PAYROLL tab.

  3. In the Previous Payroll section, click Reprint Checks.

  4. In the Reprint Checks pop-up window that appears, select the payroll run, and click Continue.

  5. Select the checks you want to reprint.

  6. If you want to use new check numbers, click Reassign Check Numbers, and the next check number will be assigned.

  7. Click Print.

  8. In the confirmation pop-up window, click OK.

    A PDF file of the checks you selected is created and placed in your Downloads folder.


How to reprint checks from an employee's profile

All checks are contained within an employee's pay history, making it easier to locate and reprint checks.

  1. Log in to Fingercheck as an Administrator.

  2. Click the EMPLOYEES tab.

  3. Click on the name or number of the employee to open their profile.

  4. Click Payroll > Pay History.

  5. Click the Reprint Check icon next to the check you want to reprint.

    To print the pay stub, click the Reprint Stub (PDF) icon to the Reprint Check icon.

Note: Currently, paychecks can only be downloaded individually, and there is no bulk download option available.
