How to set up access rights for the team?

In Setup > Admin > Team you can invite new colleagues or stakeholders in to the tool. To make sure we can limit what they see, Finstack uses Roles. Please find more details on these roles, by clicking the info icon next to the Role header in the table.

Note that for Dashboards there is an additional access management, found in the Dashboard overview through pressing the Configure button.

Why is my team not receiving emails from Finstack?

Finstack sometimes sends emails to team members (for example for password resets or new team member invites). When these messages are not received, make sure to check your spam folder. It might take a moment for the messages to arrive; however if it is more than 5 minutes, please try to request the message again. If issues persist, please contact support@finstack.io. We can verify the delivery of the email or manually resend it.
