Mapping

I can not see my mapped GLAs

Note that the filter top right by default is set to "Unmapped". You can change it to "All" (or one of the mappings) to see GLAs.

I am missing (new) GLAs

In Setup > Mapping, by default the Filter (top right) will exclude empty ledgers. Please use the toggle to also show empty (or new) GLAs.

Can I import my mapping?

Unfortunately this is not yet possible for customers.

I get a warning I have unmapped accounts

In Setup > Mapping, please hover on the icon left to the structure to see what statement has an incomplete mapping.

Team

How to set up access rights for the team?

In Setup > Admin > Team you can invite new colleagues or stakeholders in to the tool. To make sure we can limit what they see, Finstack uses Roles. Please find more details on these roles, by clicking the info icon next to the Role header in the table. If you need additional roles, please reach out as we can create custom roles for you.

Note that for Dashboards there is an additional access management, found in the Dashboard overview through pressing the Configure button.

My team is not receiving emails from Finstack?

Finstack sometimes sends emails to team members (for example for password resets or new team member invites). When these messages are not received, make sure to check your spam folder. It might take a moment for the messages to arrive; however if it is more than 5 minutes, please reach out to the support team using the chat interface in Finstack.

I want to suspend or remove a user

First go to Admin > Team. To suspend the user from logging in, go to Status and select "Inactive". Subsequently, if you want to remove the user, use the garbage bin icon on the right.
