Reconciliation

Check the eliminations you have applied.

The reconciliation page offers a way to check the eliminations you have applied. You can categorise the eliminated GLAs by selecting them using the checkmark on the left and selecting “Categorise” top right. This will group the GLAs in the overview and, if configured correctly, will result into zero (as there is an equal incoming and outgoing part within the group). If you still see a difference, it might be a sign that not all IC accounts have been eliminated or the underlying transactions in the bookkeeping software are not yet completely administered.

A set of predefined groups have been loaded by the system, but you are free to rename and move them or create new categories.

Use the calendar top right or the filter component to isolate specific entity groups while reviewing your eliminations.

A secondary is available by pressing "View entities". This will show the same differences, however now displayed with the entities as rows and counter-entities (including unassigned) in columns. This way you can diagnose where differences originate from - use this information to set the Entity filter in the detailed view.
