Monitoring Customer Status

Find non-paying, pending cancellation, & cancelled customers in one overview

Within your project you can easily gather a quick snapshot on the status of your customers. You can monitor the number of non-paying, pending cancellation and cancelled customers individually.

If you want to look into who your current non-paying customers are you can filter this option.

(In this example, the project has no non-paying customers)

If you need to monitor which customers you are still waiting on to return their device this can be viewed by filtering the 'pending cancellation' overview.

(In this example, there are no pending cancellations)

And you can always view how many cancelled subscriptions your project has.
