Enable the marketing opt-in on your checkout
Enable it by navigating to Checkout > Preferences.
Adjust the content of the opt-in
Set the text that will appear next to the check box. You can use HTML to create links
Example HTML:
I want to receive <a href="https://firmhouse.com/promotional-offers">promotional offers</a>
Don't forget to save. You should now have a marketing opt-in checkbox on your checkout page.
How to check if a customer opted-in to marketing offers
Navigate to the detail page of a customer. In the Subscription details section you will see if a customer opted in or not.
