There are many different great video & image post ideas. 

-Model home walk through
-Inventory walk through
-New listing
-Open house
-Pocket listing
-Inventory closeout
-Any amenities the community has can each be a separate video.
-Pest defence system
-Smart home
-Anything to do with the building process

-Each floor plan or model home tour

The list goes on, but when posting you want to make sure you include these 4 components.
Attract, Description (don't give too much information you want them to click on your Call To Action) attractive Video/Image.  

Your call to action link is your personal FirstWalk IDX. So leads can get directed back to you.  

Now that you have posted your post on your personal Facebook business page, make sure to have the builder that the post was for share your post with their Facebook Friends . 

Plus as a FirstWalk agent you have the advantage to crosspost your video post (not image post) to the FirstWalk business page from your realtor business page. Allowing your videos to get even more engagement.
