You can view all your subscribed shows and their plan details on the “Subscription Management” page, including payment records, plan name, and start/end dates.
Sign in and view your subscription history
Please sign in to the Firstory listener portal’s “Membership” page.
After signing in, your email and current subscription records will appear at the top of the screen.
Check the “Subscriptions” tab to see each show’s status.
As shown, you can see detailed information for all subscribed shows, including plan name, price, start date, and end date.
Confirm you’re signing in with the correct account
A common issue: you originally registered via “Continue with Google,” but now you’re signing in with email and password. The system treats these as different accounts, so your subscription data may not be found.
Please try the following:
Sign out of the current account (click your avatar at the top right → Log out).
Return to the sign‑in page and sign in again using a different method.
After signing in, check the “Subscriptions” page again to see if your records appear.
If you still can’t find your subscription data, please provide the following to Support for assistance:
Possible email(s) used when subscribing
Show name
Invoice number or payment details
Screenshot of the issue (including the email shown at top right and the subscriptions page)
