How to Cancel my Subscription Purchased on the Website?

If you subscribed to Fishbox via our website (fishboxapp.com), your subscription is managed separately, not via the Apple or Google subscriptions.

Even if you never downloaded the app, your subscription is still active and can be managed from your Fishbox web account.

✅ How to cancel your subscription (no app needed)

  1. Click Log In in the menu

  2. Sign in using the same email address you used when subscribing

  3. In your account, go to Manage Subscription

  4. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the short questionnaire
