Even if you never downloaded the app, your subscription is still active and can be managed from your Fishbox web account.

Go to fishboxapp.com
Click Log In in the menu
Sign in using the same email address you used when subscribing
In your account, go to Manage Subscription
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the short questionnaire
