How to Cancel Subscriptions? What are the Return Conditions?

How to Cancel Your Subscription?

  1. First, log in to your account on the Fit Brokoli website. 🔒

  2. Next, click on the My Subscriptions page. 🖱

  3. On this page, you will see your current subscription, payment plans, and all previous subscriptions. 👀

  4. Click the "Cancel My Subscription" button at the bottom of the page. ❌

  5. If you are in the first 7 days of your Fit Brokoli subscription and have not made your first appointment yet, you can cancel your subscription completely and get a refund. You can complete this process by making the relevant selection on the screen that appears after clicking the "Cancel My Subscription" button. 👍

  6. If you have been using Fit Brokoli for a longer time or have completed your first appointment, you can continue to benefit from Fit Brokoli until the subscription end date when you cancel your subscription. The subscription will not be renewed after the subscription end date. ⛔

A friendly reminder: For our committed subscriptions, our refund policies vary depending on the type of commitment and duration of use of Fit Brokoli. If you want to cancel your subscription completely, you can write to the Resolution Center on the website. 📞
