Supersets:
Supersets are a form of exercise where you focus on lifting volume by doing back to back sets of exercises which target either the same or different muscle groups.
Instructions:
Open the program builder with the program you want to add a superset to
Enter in the exercise as you would normally
Click on the "Additional fields" button and click on "Supersets"
In the new column you can assign a number to the two exercises you want to group together in a superset
As long as the number in the "Superset" field is the same for both exercises, they will be displayed as a superset on the client app
