Encourage them to try with practical scenarios (e.g., "A resident fell, what steps should I follow?").
✅ Creating AlertsDemonstrate how caregivers can assign tasks using the AI assistant.
Guide them to try creating an alert and tagging recipients by typing '@'.
Emphasize the rule: noTAG, no ALERT.
✅ Managing AlertsExplain clearly:
Pending Alerts: Tasks assigned specifically to them, requiring completion (first priority).
Open Alerts: General tasks that require claiming and then completion (second priority).
✅ Accessing SupportRemind caregivers that support is available 24/7 via text.
Web App: Click Support on the left sidebar.
Mobile App: On the homepage, tap Wellbeing at the top, scroll down, and select Help Center.
