How do I check my customers in?

Check in/register new and existing customers for an event

You can easily use the dashboard to confirm a customer’s presence for a specific event. In FitogramPro, this is called check-in.

Check in customers already booked

1. Select the event for which you want to check in the customer.
2. The check-in area will open.
3. Under "Bookings" next to the customer name, click on "Check-in".

Book and check in the customer

1. Select the event for which you want to check in the customer.
2. The check-in area will open.
3. Click here on "Search a customer to Check.In". 

  • From the drop-down menu you can choose the name of an existing customer. 

  • If it is a new customer, you can enter the most important information quickly and directly by clicking on "New Customer". 

The customer's name will now be displayed under the Bookings section. 

Make sure that the customer is associated with a valid product. In case of a new customer, you can simply click on the "Add product" button to associate him/her with the product he/she has just bought.

The customer you have just registered will automatically be marked as present.
