How do I change a customer's contract?

Have the needs of your customer changed? In FitogramPro you have the possibility to switch to another contract at any time.

In the respective customer's profile, you can "upgrade" an existing contract regardless of cancellation periods. "Upgrading" here, however, only means switching to another contract. It does not necessarily have to be an improvement on the current contract.

Upgrade a contract

To change a customer's contract, proceed as follows:

  1. Bring up the respective customer's profile

  2. Under Active, click on the relevant contract

  3. Click on the "Upgrade" button to the right

  4. Select the new contract

  5. Select the start date of the new contract*

  6. Click on "Apply"

*Take into account the term of the current contract in the start date ("When should the contract be updated").

The customer now has a new contract. The old contract will be terminated. All future bookings will be transferred to the new contract.
