Ease the booking by setting up time slots

  1. Create a new event in FitogramPro

  2. Choose Type “Appointment” and make sure the status of your event is Public.

  3. Mention in the description everything that customers need to know before booking. It is advisable to mention that only one customer has to book the pitch.

  4. Create your event schedule adding one series for all the pitches that can be booked at the same time

→ For example, if you have 4 Volleyball pitches that are rented out for 60min each, from Monday to Friday between 12am and 7pm, your setup would look like in this example:

It will create the following 7 appointments available for your customers:

12:00 - 13:00
13:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 15:00
15:00 - 16:00
16:00 - 17:00
17:00 - 18:00
18:00 - 19:00

Then, for you 4 Volleyball fields, make sure that you add 4 available spots per hour and indicate in your event description that only one customer has to book the pitch.
