How do I find my QR code? 🤔
Have you misplaced your QR code and can't find it? No problem!
You will always find a digital version of your Urban Sports Club QR code in the Partner Portal.
You can download the pdf version of the QR-Code by clicking the “Download” Button and save it on your PC or mobile phone. Furthermore, you can either print this QR-Code or use the digital format for members to check-in.
⚠️ Please make sure to choose the correct language for your QR-Code, before downloading it.
Is your QR code worn out, bent or illegible? We will of course send you a new QR code.
If you need a new copy of the printed QR code including the display, please contact the Urban Sports Club Partner Support Team via the contact form in the Partner Tool. Click on "Leave a message" in the form and select the sub-item "I need a new QR code" under "Check-ins".
Please submit the following information via the form:
Location name
Number and format of the desired QR code (A5 stand-up or A6 card)
Complete shipping address
We will then send you a new QR code by post as soon as possible.
