Cancel = Pause
- whether you wish to cancel a subscription and payments to a program indefinitely 
- or simply to pause your payments and access until returning 
- The subscription might not appear because it is managed directly by a coach or processed via a third-party payment service. 
Steps
- head to 'My Purchases' 
- log onto https://app.fitr.training/ via a web browser 
- head to the drop-down profile menu and select 'Billing' 
- Alternatively, you can select the "Programs" section on your dashboard to navigate to the subscription management options. 
- Select 'My Purchases' 
Use the action menu to the right of each program to see the available options which, depending on the program's current status, will include:
- Cancel Subscription 
- Resume Subscription 
- Reschedule 
Note - If you do not see the option to cancel your program then it is likely your coach uses a non-standard subscription/payment set-up. In such cases please contact the program's coach directly to cancel your subscription.
If you still cannot manage your subscription, try the following steps:
- Contact the Coach: If your coach manages direct payments, reach out to them with your payment details for resolution. 
- Review Payment Processors: Check if a third-party processor manages your subscription and cancel it through their platform if necessary.
