I've decided I want to cancel my coaching account subscription

Firstly we're sorry to see you go, please do let us know if there's a specific reason you're looking to leave and we'll try our best to help.

If you'd still like to cancel, head to 'Settings' from the drop down menu:

Click on the 'Subscription' tab and the option to 'Cancel Subscription'.

You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. At any point you can come back and resume your subscription. Simply head back to this screen and press the same button which will now say 'resume'.

I'm still in my trial and I don't want to continue

Again please do let us know if there's a specific reason and we'll do our very best to help. If you're in the trial period and haven't decided to upgrade (therefore you won't see cancel subscription) there is nothing you need to do. The trial will simply time out.

If you decide you want to come back, simply log in and follow the steps to upgrade to get back up and running.
