What to do if you've reached the 5 client limit on your Starter plan

Updated over a week ago

It's great to hear that you're growing quickly on FITR. The Starter plan is designed for coaches just testing the system with a small amount of clients, or new to remote coaching.

Once you hit 5 active client subscriptions on the Starter plan you will not be able to sign up anymore. If a client tries to sign up to a subscription based program and you don't have room, they will receive this message:

"The provider has reached their client limit. Please contact the coach about upgrading their account to unlimited clients"

You will also receive this message to your feed and emails (assuming financial emails are switched on):

"Someone tried to subscribe to a program however you've reached the 5 client limit of your Starter plan. Please upgrade to the Pro plan for unlimited clients."

You will need to manually upgrade to the Pro or Unlimited plan to have the ability to sign up an unlimited number of clients to subscription based programs. We will not switch you incase you don't want to pay anything more than you do.

Once you upgrade, you're free to manage an unlimited number of client subscriptions.

If you need more help, please contact us on live chat.

Thanks

FITR
