The short answer is no.

When clients subscribe to a training program, they will only be able to see training from that day forward. They are not able to see training that was scheduled on the program in the past.

Anything that is sent to the client over the course of them being attached to it will always remain with client. E.g. they will always have access to a Fixed Length program or programming that was sent to them while they were subscribed.
