Can I insert templates across 4-week blocks in a session 1 day 1 and fixed length programs?

You can indeed. Even though on session 1 day 1 and fixed length program types we show the schedule in 4-week blocks (to improve loading time), when you insert templates or copy, cut and paste programming that spans across 2 4-week blocks, it will work without issue.
