My 2 Factor authorisation isn't working (2FA)

I'm trying to make a payment but the 2 Factor authorisation isn't working (2FA). How can I solve this?

Unfortunately there isn't a lot we can do to help, as the bank is telling Stripe not to authorise the payment.

The first step would be to contact the bank and ask them if there's anything they can do to provide insight into why the payment is failing. It may be you are required to update your details on with you bank based on the latest legal requirements. These requirements can change which is why payments may work one month and then they don't the next.

For example, payments may fail if you don't have a mobile number registered to your bank account as it has been made mandatory as a requirement for online payments.
