Accounts created before 1st Feb 2022:
When you make a sale for the first time, Stripe holds the payment from the client for up to 9 days. This is incase of any client disputes and for Stripe to manage money laundering checks they are required to do.
If the payment is a recurring subscription, the following month's payment should hit your bank account in the following month, without this maximum 9 day delay.
If the sale you made was more than 9 working days ago, and the money hasn't hit your bank account, then get in touch with us via live chat.
