Cancel a client's program subscription

Follow these simple steps:

1. Locate the client from the main clients list

2. Click the ... menu to the right of the client's name

3. Click 'Cancel subscription'

You'll then be taken through a step by step process to cancel the client's subscription. If applicable you can offer a refund at the same time.
