Let's go through them one by one:

Send a message

Quickly send a message to that client. This will then appear in your messages in the inbox.

Add Training

Quickly link to the schedule of a program. If the client is following more than one program, a pop up will appear to choose the program you want.

Remember that if the client is on a group based program, then any updates will also apply to other clients on that program.

View Activity

You can quickly move the activity screen for the client from this page. We have another article explaining this area in detail - see it here.

More options

Click the ... button next to the client's name to see more options relating to that client, such as inviting them to a program or cancelling their subscription.
