Head to 'Settings' from the main drop down menu and then into 'Subscription'.

Then click on 'Change my plan;"

You will then be greeted with a screen like this:

Depending on what plan you're on and what plan you want to move to you'll see slightly different options. If you have more than 5 active client subscriptions you won't be able to move to the Starter Plan.

Click 'Switch to' on your desired plan to move to that plan. You may see certain details about when the move will happen, e.g. at the next billing date.
